Open & Inspect Before Payment
You may inspect your order and check the size and product condition with the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Returns
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, through the delivery agent. We recommend receiving your order personally so you can inspect and try the product on the spot. Once you have inspected and accepted the order, no returns are accepted.

Online Payments
If you paid online and wish to return your order, the delivery agent will collect the product, and your refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchange processing times may vary by a few days depending on the availability of the requested item.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are mandatory for both received and returned orders.

Order Refusal Policy
To keep our service fair and protect our stock availability for serious customers, accounts with repeated order refusals or unpaid shipping fees may be restricted from placing future orders. Customers who show genuine commitment to receiving their orders are always welcome.

 

الفحص قبل الدفع
حق لك فحص طلبك والتأكد من المقاس وحالة المنتج مع مندوب التوصيل وقت الاستلام.

الاسترجاع
الاسترجاع متاح فقط وقت التسليم من خلال المندوب. ننصحك باستلام الطلب بنفسك لتتمكن من فحص المنتج وتجربته في نفس اللحظة. بعد الفحص وقبول الطلب، لا يمكن الاسترجاع.

الدفع الأونلاين
في حالة الدفع الأونلاين ورغبتك في الاسترجاع، سيستلم المندوب المنتج، ويتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

الاستبدال
الاستبدال يكون من المنتجات المتاحة في المخزون فقط، وقد تستغرق عملية الاستبدال عدة أيام حسب توفر المنتج المطلوب.

مصاريف الشحن
مصاريف الشحن إلزامية في حالتي الاستلام والاسترجاع.

سياسة رفض الطلبات
حرصًا على عدالة الخدمة وحماية المخزون للعملاء الجادين، قد يتم تقييد الحسابات التي تكرر رفض الطلبات أو لا تسدد مصاريف الشحن من تقديم طلبات جديدة. ونرحب دائمًا بالعملاء الجادين في الاستلام.
